Another Buttercup

Yes, I know, another buttercup, another flower, another nature shot etc.  And, yes, I took this one when looking for Orange Tip butterflies as well.

I took this photo for one reason, and one reason only, the light on the flower and the dark, shady background, made it almost glow.

Again, I have cropped the picture, added a little sharpening and that is about all.  I like the simplicity, and the contrast against the green and the bokeh afforded by a good macro lens.  In an ideal world the stem would have started further down the frame, but this would have meant there were other distractions in the picture.

I took this with my macro lens, ISO200, 1/125secs, f/11.0 – yep, still on shutter priority.
