I don’t tend to take photos in the rain. I get a little precious about my camera and lens, although I guess they are shower proof to some extent. However, I will take photos with my point and shoot when it has stopped. OK, another photo on my way to work, I bet you wonder if I take pictures anywhere else. Well, I do, but not as many.
I caught site of this looking sad at the side of the road. I thought that it was a picture that no one else was likely to take, and liked the way that the end of the seed heads captured such large droplets. It also presented something of a contrast to one of my favourite pictures with my new camera, also of a dandelion seed head.
It was taken with my Canon S90 on ISO80, 1/80 seconds at f/4.0, 6mm on macro setting.
